Hotel was fairly clean and chic with ACCOMMODATING staff and unbeatable location to downtown great bars good restaurants. Location: the property was adjacent to Berri-UQAM Metro Station and the Gare d'Autocars de Montreal and an indoor mall area. For dinner, we went to O'thym, it was a walking distance from the venue.

The location is amazing for the price that you pay. The hotel owners are fabulous!! I was visiting in Montreal and I had brought a gift with me, one of the owners even offered me gift wrap as I had not yet wrapped my present! This is my second time at the hotel and I hope that it is not my last!

The room was very tastfully done but very small, breakfast was a nice touch.
Location was a bit questionable a number of homeless around the corner and a block away.

Clean bathroom.
Horrible room: the bed was smaller than double as promised. Near the room there was some kind of big machine that was making a very loud noise the whole night. Out of the window there was a narrow space between two walls and strange smell. There was not shampoo in the bathroom. No elevator, narrow stairs.
